The monsoon season of 2018 brought heavy downpours to Kerala, leading to the worst floods the state had witnessed in almost a century. Homes were submerged, communities devastated, and countless families left struggling to meet their basic needs.
In the face of this crisis, Saahas Trust rose to the occasion. Recognizing the urgent need for relief, we mobilized our resources and volunteers to provide essential support to those affected. Our focus was on delivering life-sustaining supplies – food and clothes – to the most vulnerable areas.
Thanks to the generosity of our donors and the tireless efforts of our volunteers, we were able to distribute critical supplies to countless families. Witnessing the resilience of the Kerala spirit in the wake of such immense loss was truly inspiring.
